Sting Plans To Release New Album In September »
The Last Ship, Sting's first full-length album of original material in over ten years, is set for release on September 24. According to the New York Times, the Police bassist wrote the LP while working on a musical. The musical, which may be due for a Broadway debut in 2014, is set in a shipyard near Wallsend, England, where Sting spent his youth.

Lenny Kravitz has reportedly signed on for an appearance at the upcoming CMT Awards. According to MTV, Lenny will perform live alongside country giant Jason Aldean for an as-yet-unspecified song at the event. This year's CMT Awards is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT. They will air live on CMT from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

The approval by the Légion d'Honneur council means France's minister of culture may soon decorate Dylan with the honor.
