Evan Max Brown passed away sunday morning in the arms of his loving parents. Evan was born on April 7 at Primary Childrens Hospital. Doctors soon realized that things were not ok and Evan spent the next few weeks under the close care of the Nicu nurses and doctors. We want to thank all of the wonderfull staff that took care of him like he was their own. His parents were finally able to hold him for the first time before returning him to his father in heaven early sunday morning.
He will be missed by his older sister Sara, parents Jaxson and Tiffany,and by many family and friends.
We have set up a memorial fund under Evan Max Brown through Wells Fargo bank to help cover medical and funeral costs. Thank you for your love and support.
