Brady Y. Forman, son of Craig and Debra Forman and Jamie Michelle Hickey, daughter of Michael and Valerie Hickey will be married Thursday, August 13, 2009 in the Salt Lake Temple. A dinner celebration will be held that evening at The Gathering Place at Gardner Village. A reception will be held Saturday, August 15, 2009 at the home of the bride's parents, Morgan Hill, California. After their honeymoon the couple will reside in Logan, Utah where they will continue their education.
