Ted Nugent's Drummer Mick Brown Arrested
Mick Brown, drummer for Ted Nugent, was arrested after the final night (July 8) of The Midwest Rock 'n' Roll Express tour in Bangor, Maine.
After the tour's last show, which included performances by Styx, REO Speedwagon and Nugent, police say that Brown stole a golf cart used by the venue staff and sped off in a drunken and reckless haze.
Police claim that when officers tried to stop the cart, Brown sped past them and shoved a security officer. Two security officers then removed Brown from the cart and arrested him.
Brown, who also drums for Dokken, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving to endanger, theft and assault. He was released on $4,000 bail.
In his mug shot, which may be seen through several web outlets, Brown is pictured smiling and in good spirits.
