Cheap Trick is once again set to hit the road alongside Aerosmith. The run will resume on November 8 at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City and front man Robin Zander says the two bands are a good match for one another.
"It's cool, because we're out with a band that we've known, and they're not afraid to have us out with them. We're old friends," Zander tells Rolling Stone.
Guitarist Rick Nielsen adds that while they don't spend a lot of time with Aerosmith when they're on the road, they do share a lot of common ground:
"We don't sit around and tell war stories, but there is a camaraderie. We've all had these ups and downs and downs and ups and left and right, and we're still all here because we love it."
