Aerosmith put on a free concert Monday in front of the building in Boston where they all once lived. The group played some old hits - "Walk This Way," "Sweet Emotion" - and some new tunes from their latest, Music from Another Dimension, which hit the following day.
In addition to Bostonians from all walks of life, some hanging out of apartment windows, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was spotted on the scene.
Later in the day, the band members imprinted their hands in a block of wet cement that the city plans to situate in the sidewalk in front of their former residence.
The second leg of the band's Global Warming tour begins November 8 at Oklahoma City's Chesapeake Energy Arena and wraps on December 13 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.
