Rolling Stones Invite Mary J. Blige To Join Them In Brooklyn

The Rolling Stones have confirmed Mary J. Blige will once again join them on stage. The Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul will appear alongside the legendary rock group during their upcoming performance at Brooklyn's Barclay's Center on December 8.

Mary J. made her first appearance on the Stone's 50th anniversary tour during their performance at London's 02 Arena on November 25. She joins rising blues star Gary Clark Jr., who has also committed to a performance alongside the Stones, for the event.

The band's recent performance in London was not without incident, however, as the band was fined $320,000 for breaking the 11 p.m. curfew. The Sun reports that the band were taken to task over the infraction by the local council, which issued the penalty.

"It means a big fine - but the guys just do their thing. There wasn't a janitor standing there, jangling his keys, saying. 'I want to go home'," said the band's agent, Bernard Doherty.
