KISS is back once again - this time in comic book form. The boogie-woogie rockers will be reimagined by IDW Publishing in a four issue comic book series starring the Demon, the Starchild, the Catman and the Spaceman.
The Demon, the character of Gene Simmons, gets the first book in the series, for a story inspired by the rocker's 1978 solo track, "Radioactive."
"Issue one sees the Demon taking on none other than the Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse, and no one draws widescreen apocalyptic action better than Angel Medina. It's a thrill to have Angel back in the Kiss fold," said a rep for IDW.
The illustrations are by Medina, who also drew the the KISS Psycho Circus comics that were published from 1997 through 2000.
