If the Runaways are going to reunite, it's all up to Joan Jett.
"It's now or never," guitarist Lita Ford tells BraveWords. "I would love it, but for some reason - I don't know why - it's Joan's camp. The ball is in her camp. It's up to them."
The former bandmates, along with Cherie Currie, settled their differences this past summer, after Ford arranged dinner dates with each of them. It was the first time she'd spoken to Jett since the band split in 1980.
"We had a nice dinner - it was real friendly, like seeing your sister," Ford said at the time.
While she awaits a potential Runaways reunion, Ford is working on new music as well as a biography. Meanwhile, Jett and her band the Blackhearts were nominated for induction into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame this year, but did not get in.
