Deep Purple To Reissue Slaves And Masters

Deep Purple is prepping the re-release of the band's 1990 album, Slaves and Masters for February 5. The reissue is one-tenth of the ten albums set to be reissued over the course of 2013.

It is the second album to be announced, following the re-issue of Live in Paris 1975, which hits on January 29.

Slaves and Masters, the thirteenth album from the Purp, features Ritchie Blackmore (guitar), Joe Lynn Turner (vocals), Ian Paice (drums), Roger Glover (bass) and Jon Lord (organ, keys).

The remastered reissue includes two bonus tracks: the radio edit of the single, "Love Conquers All" and its B-side, "Slow Down Sister."

The band has a new album, which has not yet been titled, set for release on April 30.
