The Who have extended an open invitation to Olympic gold medalist Bradley Wiggins to any of the upcoming shows on their recently announced Quadrophenia tour. The British cyclist, who also won the Tour De France in 2012 and took home the BBC Sports Personality of the Year, has previously said that he's is a big fan of the band.
Fronter Roger Daltrey extended the invite: "He is invited to any of our shows. I've written and told him that. I'm sure we will meet him - he has a free pass to any show he likes."
The Olympian will be able to take the band up on the offer soon as they are set to launch a tour of the UK this June. They are is set to play their 1973 album Quadrophenia in full. The Who's tour starts in Dublin on June 8.
