Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler may have inadvertently revealed plans for a possible Rage Against the Machine reunion this year. Rage's drummer Brad Wilk recorded the drum parts for Sabbath's reunion album last year, but Geezer said he's unlikely to join them on the road because of previous commitments to Rage.
Speaking with Metal Insider, Geezer was asked if Wilk would tour with them this year:
"We're not sure yet. We don't know because I think Brad's got commitments with Rage Against The Machine."
The slip up comes in contrast to comments made last year by Tom Morello:
"Everyone in the band gets along very well, we consider each other friends and comrades in arms, but people sometimes don't feel ready to do it. I don't have one minute of one day that's not filled with music, or politics, or family."
