Joey Ramone's Record Collection Hitting Auction Block

Joey Ramone's record collection will be sold to the highest bidder. The estate of the deceased Ramones frontman is asking for a minimum bid of $500 on his collection which includes records from Led Zeppelin, Iggy Pop, the Who, Bob Dylan, Donovan, the Beach Boys and Jimi Hendrix. His collection contains about 100 records in all.

Also up for auction are two electric guitars, a leather jacket, his passport, Rolodex, T-shirts and other personal items that were once owned by the singer, who died at age 49 of lymphoma in 2001.

The guitars, the jacket and the passport each have a minimum bid of $300, while the collection of 140 T-shirts begins at $500.

The items will be auctioned online by RR Auction from February 14-21. All items include letters of authenticity from Ramone's brother, Mickey Hyman.
