Ace Frehley May Lose New York Home

Ace Frehley, the former guitar player for KISS, is facing foreclosure on a Yorktown, New York property. The U.S. Bank National Association, which loaned Frehley $735,000 in 2006, says he owes a principle of $703,581.48, plus interest, late charges and fees after not paying on the mortgage since 2011.

Public records show that the Spaceman hasn't paid taxes on the property since December 2011. A lien of approximately $5,000 was placed in 2011, and he owed more than $13,000 in 2012 back taxes.

The home at 1347 Spring Valley Road sits on 3.01 acres. It has 2,441-square-feet spread over two floors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Frehley has not commented on the situation, and the guitarist is currently split with his former band.
