A new documentary, Before the End: Jim Morrison Comes of Age, will focus on the life and career of the Doors late fronter, Jim Morrison.
According to Deadline.com, the flick will follow the troubled singer's rise to stardom through interviews with family and friends, as well as never-before-seen home movies and photographs.
The press release states "Before the End: Jim Morrison Comes of Age will shed new light on the artist's early life, and his mysterious death at age 27."
Among the interviewees included are brother Andy Morrison, Doors roadie Gareth Blyth, his FSU roommate Bryan Gates, and his UCLA film instructor, among others.
Z-Machine Productions has already begun production on the rock doc.
The latest Doors doc, Mr. Mojo Risin': the Story of L.A. Woman, was released in January 2012.
