Paul McCartney's Reps Say Album Rumors Are 'Bogus'

Paul McCartney's reps have spoken up about a leaked tracklist from an unreleased album, saying that the reports are "bogus." Word of the possible album surfaced around April 1 and it seems that it was nothing more than an April Fool's Day hoax.

The fake album was to include a host of famous guest stars, including the remaining members of Nirvana and Bruce Springsteen.

Some fans were immediately suspect of the hoax, as the final track on the list was titled "April Fool's Day."

"I'm extremely skeptical of this track list and the story of how it supposedly came to be. 'Blue Skies' is a title that has shown up in past years on bogus track listings that have surfaced before a Macca album. And the fact that it ends with a track called 'April Fool's Day' seems to me to be a very red flag," Examiner.com's Beatles editor Bill King said.
