Paul McCartney left a token of appreciation after visiting the grave of Elvis Presley this past Sunday.
The former Beatle tweeted that he left a personal guitar pick on the King's Graceland resting place so that "Elvis can play guitar in heaven."
As a lifelong Elvis fan, Macca swung through Graceland, the one-time home of Presley, when his Out There tour stopped in Memphis, Tennessee for a show at the FedEx Forum. It was McCartney's first concert in the Memphis area in over twenty years.
McCartney also tweeted picture of him cradling an acoustic guitar that featured Presley's name written on the fretboard.
Presley and McCartney met back in 1965 when the Beatles were in Los Angeles.
