Bon Jovi's Curfew For Foxboro Show Extended

The noise curfew at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts has been moved from 11:15 PM to midnight for Bon Jovi's performance on July 20.

According to Foxboro Patch, the 45 minutes were requested after the band added an opening set by the J. Geils Band. The group, a homegrown Boston talent, is expected to play a longer-than-normal opening set.

In return for the extra time, Bon Jovi has agreed to lower the volume of the concert after 11:50 PM. Should they play past 1:00 AM, BJ will be fined between five cents and $1.74 per attendee. Gillette Stadium holds 68,000, but the concert has not sold out yet.

The last time a concert went that late was in 2008 when Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band took the stage.
