Lenny Kravitz recently finished his latest album and sat down with Billboard to dish on the stripped down effort. He told the mag that the LP is "very deconstructed" and "very minimal":
"Guitar, bass and drums are the primary instruments. There's some sax and horns on some tracks. There's an orchestra on one track, but for the most part it's very raw but it's got a big sound. At times it's only three instruments playing, and it sounds really big."
Kravitz's best selling album to date, Are You Gonna Go My Way, was just released in a 20th anniversary two-disc Deluxe Edition. The package includes a remastered disc with seven B-sides, and a disc of demos and acoustic versions.
Kravitz told Billboard that he hopes to have his new album out by spring 2014.
