Bruce Springsteen wrapped up his recent Wrecking Ball tour with a cover of the track "Dream Baby Dream" by founding punk icons Suicide. He shared a video thanking fans for their support throughout the tour and added a heartfelt note adding:
"To all the tramps and travelers who exposed themselves night after night to the long flights, the long drives, the long queuing, the rain, the sleeplessness in order to fuel us from band center, we appreciate it," Springsteen wrote. "To all of you who were there along the way, we send out our mightiest and most heartfelt thanks. You have reignited in us a great passion for what we do. We'll do our best to honor it."
Though the Boss has concluded the final dates of his North American run, he will take the tour to Australia and New Zealand next year. His next U.S. show will be at New York's Madison Square Garden on November 6 for the Stand Up For Hope Benefit.
