Lindsay Buckingham has been announced as a late addition to the performers list at the upcoming Grammys. He joins other late additions including Hunter Hayes, Nine Inch Nails, Dave Grohl and Queens of the Stone Age.
NIN, along with Grohl, QOTSA and Buckingham, are scheduled to give a closing performance at the ceremony.
"There's nothing better than when the Grammys can rock out, and to have these artists all together on one stage, doing a number that, when they presented it to us, knocked us out," said producer Ken Ehrlich in a statement.
They'll join previously announced performers Sara Bareilles with Carole King, Daft Punk with Pharrell Williams and Stevie Wonder, Kendrick Lamar with Imagine Dragons, John Legend, Lorde, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Metallica with Lang Lang, Paul McCartney, Kacey Musgraves, Katy Perry, Pink with Nate Ruess, Robin Thicke with Chicago, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Merle Haggard with Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson and Blake Shelton.
The 56th annual Grammy Awards, hosted by LL Cool J, air Sunday, January 26, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. CBS will broadcast the event.
