Paul McCartney Wins Grammy For Nirvana Collaboration, Appears With Ringo

Paul McCartney was a prominent figure at this year's Grammy Awards. He won an award for his collaboration with former Nirvana members and performed with former Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr.

McCartney, along with Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear, won the Grammy for Best Rock Song for "Cut Me Some Slack." He wrote the track with the former Nirvana members.

"Cut Me Some Slack" was previously performed on Saturday Night Live two years ago when Macca, Grohl and the gang were featured as the musical guests. They debuted the track at a Hurricane Sandy relief concert shortly before their SNL performance.

Macca also performed a single off of his latest album, New, alongside Ringo Starr. Julia Roberts introduced the pair before they took the stage together.

Earlier in the evening Starr also performed by himself while singing "Photograph" as a bunch of Beatles photos flashed on screens behind him.
