Elton John Announces Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Reissue

Elton John is giving his fans a number of things to look forward to in the near future, including a deluxe reissue of his 1973 album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, as well as a concert film documenting his Las Vegas show, The Million Dollar Piano.

The massive reissue will feature five discs, including Live in Hammersmith 1973, a disc of B-sides and bonus tracks, and a DVD of the 1973 documentary, Elton John and Bernie Taupin Say Goodbye to Norma Jean and Other Things.

Also included is a 100-page illustrated hardback book filled with new interviews with John and Taupin, as well as photos and memorabilia. Additionally, the set will include nine new recordings of classic songs from the LP by the Band Perry, Hunter Hayes, Zac Brown Band, Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sand, Fall Out Boy, Miguel and Wale.

The reissue hits release March 25, while The Million Dollar Piano will hit screens for two nights only, March 18 and 26 in 500 theaters nationwide.
