Jackets worn by George Harrison and Ringo Starr during the filming of the Beatles 1965 film Help! will hit the block for Omega Auctions on March 20. The coats were worn throughout the filming of the movie and can also be seen on the cover of the OST.
"The jackets were worn throughout the five days of filming in the Alps and also feature on the iconic album cover of the soundtrack," a presser from Omega noted.
The items are expected to fetch in excess of $80,000, according to Omega's estimates.
The auction goes down at Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the release of "Can't Buy Me Love."
Last year, Omega sold 61 images from the band's 1965 Shea Stadium performance for roughly $50,000.
