BDS Movement Trying To Convince Rolling Stones To Cancel Israel Gig

The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement has called on the Rolling Stones to cancel their upcoming concert in Israel. Earlier in the week, the Stones announced their first ever concert in the country on June 10 at Ramat Gan Stadium.

In a Facebook post, BDS complained that its page had been hacked but remained persistent:

"This page has been under attack by unskilled Mossad-paid script-kiddies. They've been neutralized. Now it is time to bring the Zionist regime to it's knees, be it by stones or with a swift kick to the wallet. Don't bother, Rolling Stones. Israel will probably not exist come June."

BDS represents an effort by Palestinian NGOs to end Israeli occupation and colonization of Arab land, and to gain equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel and respect for the right of return of Palestinian refugees.
