The Allman Brothers have been added to the lineup for this year's annual Mountain Jam Festival. The event takes place at Hunter Mountain in Upstate New York from June 5-8 and also features sets from Gov't Mule and Bob Weir & Ratdog.
"We are beyond thrilled that the Allman Brothers have decided to join us for our 10th Mountain Jam Festival in their 45th and possibly final year," Mountain Jam founder Gary Chetkof said.
"We really aimed to bring the best of the last nine years back for this year's milestone and having the Allman Brothers on board feels extremely fitting."
The headlining spot should come as no shock to fans, as the event was named after a famed jam session on the Allman Brothers 1972 album Eat A Peach. Tickets for the fest are currently on sale at a discounted price.
