Eddie Money says that he is not pals with Kenny Loggins. In fact, the signer told morning show host Kidd Chris that Loggins never gave him credit for singing on the latter's hit record, I'm Alright.
"I'm not a fan of Kenny Loggins to tell you the truth. I sang the bridge in that, we were label mates, you know - Kenny Loggins, I mean, how small can a guy be, that he divorces his wife and marries his therapist. Gimme a break!"
Money added that his daughter and Loggins's daughter are competing on the MTV show Rock the Cradle, and that the contest was rigged in favor of Loggins's daughter:
"I thought [my daughter] was gonna win that thing, but the TV people found out that I was gonna be on the road the last week, so they let Kenny Loggins' kid win it, and that kid was a bum too."
When pressed Money said that he'd "knock" Loggins "out in 20 seconds" if it came down to it.
