KISS Finally Put On The Cover Of Rolling Stone

After 40 years of never making the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, KISS is featured on the lid of the April 2014 edition. The cover photo features the band's original line up - Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss - posing in their classic KISS makeup.

Rolling Stone writer Brian Hiatt interviewed each member of the band separately, proving that there is still friction between current members (Simmons and Stanley) and past members (Criss and Frehley).

"I keep thinking about Ace and Peter," Simmons wondered. "'What are they doing now? Where are they?' It's gotta be close to the end. How do you make any money? How do you pay your bills?"

The KISS edition of Rolling Stone hits newsstands on Friday, March 28. It's available online March 26.
