Judas Priest has released "Redeemer of Souls," the title cut from the band's upcoming 17th studio album. The song is available now via the band's YouTube channel.
"We are revved up and ready to UNLEASH the PRIEST one more time for our metal fans around the world - so here's a track for you to listen to entitled 'Redeemer of Souls' from our new album of the same title," said Priest in a statement.
According to Ultimate Classic Rock, the tune is sure to please fans of Priest's signature sound: "It's got razor-sharp guitar hooks, a strong melody and finds singer Rob Halford still in full control of that one-of-a-kind voice."
Redeemer of Souls, the follow-up to 2008's Nostradamus, hits July 15.
"From start to finish, Redeemer Of Souls is 18 songs of pure classic Priest metal," said guitarist Glenn Tipton of the new set.
