Ozzy Osbourne has been announced as a headliner for the Hyundai Card Citybreak Music Festival, taking place at the World Cup Stadium in Seoul, South Korea on August 9 and 10.
The Korea Herald reports that Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is also slated to perform during the festival, as will Psy, Hoobastank and Maroon 5.
Last year's inaugural event featured Metallica, Muse and Iggy & the Stooges
As for Black Sabbath, bassist Geezer Butler has said that the band is approximately at the halfway mark of making a new album. The band has an upcoming gig at Hyde Park during London's British Summer Time festival. Sabbath will be joined by Soundgarden, Motorhead, Faith No More, Soulfly and Wolfmother. The acts kick off the "10 day summer extravaganza" on July 4.
